The GFI/GFG Vision Alignment Meeting

We are making even better changes this year, as the 2nd day of the new decade of the millennium was set aside aligning strategies and long-term goals for the GFI Leadership. We completed a fulfilling daylong session sharing our achievements based on our five-year plan with our leadership core in the office from 9 o'clock in the morning until 9 in the evening. A crowd of second and third line of leaders of over seventy individuals filled the training room to partake of the grand scheme shared by GFI President Rico Uy and VP for Sales and Marketing Bong Escobido.

The results of the first two years have given us tremendous assurance that greater rewards are ready for the taking through many more journeys to be geared up for. We are definitely on track with support from the growing confidence and loyalty from the leadership. The leaders have expressed their optimism and pleasure in seeing how the new and upcoming members of the GFI family are in for a better journey this year, following the improvements in operations, the tools and support facilities that are now readily available to them.

Our review of the five-year plan marks a significant milestone in our history.

2008: Year 1- FOUNDATION
The first year was dedicated to foundation building, which we have achieved with flying colours. Seeing the offices and DPCs we have opened is a true testimonial of growth of a corporation that is barely over a year.

2009: Year 2- ALIGNMENT
The second year was committed to alignment. Our network is comprised of dynamic and outstanding individuals. The difficult task of binding various talents and temperaments was no easy task, but this we triumphantly attained. Today we are pleased to announce that we have created a silent but powerful ripple as our core, their first line generals, their second and third tier of leaders now share one common goal of uplifting a billion lives, now flanks us.

2010: Year 3- GLOBALIZATION
The first two years have set the platform to catapult our distributors and us towards globalization. The exciting tools, programs and support systems are all geared in preparing the path to large-scale expansion. This places our distributors to an intense state of gain where true leverage in the business will be defined for us. We have launched the W.O.R.L.D In Your Hands campaign to propel us on our further way. The strategic plan is to strengthen individual skills as a move up from the talents we have all displayed in the first couple of years. When skills are enhanced, your business becomes more duplicable and manageable. This guarantees that all our goals for the year will be achieved through the fantastic products, tools, training system, leadership, multi-media, PR initiatives and alliances that have been forged and lined-up.

2011: Year 4- DIVERSIFICATION
This makes 2010 as our focal point and a crucial springboard to bring us towards the fourth year plan of diversification. When all else within the GlobalFusion territory is achieved, we will break down barriers to provide more expansion opportunities for our people as we look beyond the horizon to go into manufacturing, logistics and technology.

2012: Year 5- INVESTMENT
We believe that this is the pinnacle of maturity in our first cycle of life in the business and in this industry. This badge of achievement is the real measure of success any new comer in this industry can only hope to attain. It is believed that if a company stays strong and stable for up to five years in this industry, you are positioned for permanence. In addition, by this year we expect that our next cycle in the business will bring our partners towards real stability. The will realize a proposition that revenue is derived 80% from investment and 20% from network marketing sales places everyone in a position of solidity.

A packed street party attended by over five hundred distributors to celebrate the beginning of an even greater year crowned the end of our fulfilling event.

From our humble beginnings to where we are today, we bear witness to the exceptional tangible progress we have made to prove that we are here to fulfil a destiny that truly belongs to us.
